The Washington County Republican Party is pleased to hold their 2014 Soup Supper & Candidate Forum. Enjoy homemade soups & deserts while getting a chance to meet & listen to Republican candidates for Governor, U.S. Senate, U.S. Congress, State Senate, County Commissioner and School Board.

The Washington County Republican Party had a number of Republican candidates visit their November 18, 2013 Central Committee meeting. Candidates spoke and answered questions. It was a very informative meeting. Candidates speaking were:
Senator Beau McCoy – running for Governor
Senator Lydia Brasch – running for reelection Dist. 16 Senator
Senator Peter Pirsch – running for State Auditor
Sheriff Mike Robinson – running for reelection Washington County Sheriff
Supervisor Jerry Kruse – running for reelection Washington County Board of Supervisors Dist. 2
Neleigh Boyer – running for Washington County Attorney
Scott Vander Schaaf – running for Washington County Attorney

Over 30 supporters and contributors to the Re-Elect Senator Lydia Brash campaign attended a wonderful fundraising luncheon at Fernando’s Cafe’ & Cantina in Blair on Thursday, October 31, 2013. The gathering included Nebraska State Senators Scott Lautenbaugh, Bill Kintner and John Murante.
